Fetching water in Mundri Sudan.

I still remember how my people fetch water back home in Mundri but here i found that every one has running water inside the house. How long will my people remain without using running water in their house? How long my people will get out from poverty? How long our children will remain caring water like that? Only God is the answer for that. God help Moru people and my fellow southern Sudanese.

Sunday night when we returned back from Birmingham, i got a wonderful song from my friend Greg, he recorded the song in 2006 when we were here in USA for our first visit. It's a song when the bomb was dropping you can hear every body was singing as a prayers in the Fox hole. The meaning of the song is that. Help me lord Jesus, come close to me because you're almighty help your child.

Calling on Our Father!

Bullen and Andrew spent this past weekend with us in Birmingham. We had a wonderful time. The guys have had a heavy heart and we have had several discussions on how to raise money for their school.  They work at S4S whenever possible, but more money is needed for their education to continue.  They are willing to work, but their visa will not allow for a job.  They give their testimonies for donations. We have discussed t-shirts to sell, note cards to sell and have batted around many ideas. Bullen and Andrew talked with the Buys about trying to help them raise money this weekend as well.  Bullen finally stated on Saturday night - We can not do anything - We will have to see if God really wants us here or if He is ready for us to go home to Sudan.  Rick asked Bullen and Andrew if they would be willing to come and speak to his 9th Grade boys class at The Church at Brookhills on Sunday at 9am.  Of course, without batting an eye, they accepted. I have to admit that I was thinking - I wish they could speak to someone who could donate money instead of 9th grade boys. 

During their discussions with a room full of 15 year old boys and girls and a handful of adults, God's plan began to unfold.  As I sat and listened to them tell their teenage tales, I was so amazed at their faith - faith that they will be OK no what happens. One adult in this room (Motorcycleman) listened with their heart and made a phone call to a Scholarship College Director in Tennessee.  Dead end - no scholarships available.  Motorcycleman also mentioned to 360 Ministry (Chad Glover) about the needs of Bullen and Andrew and their education needs. This is how this story begins - but its not the END....

Weekend with Papa Rick and Mama Lala

Its wonderful weekend we spend together in Birmingham with Lisa and Rick. On Friday mama Lala and Jennet, they come and take us first to Mark Whitehead and Sheri's house. there we had a surprise for Bullen's birthday. They cook alot of food for us and they gave birthday Cake with candles we sing happy birthday song to Bulled then late Mark took us to Rick and Lala's house. On Saturday (Buys) girls and boys took us we had nice time with them. We spoke to Sunday school where Rick teach it was so wonderful. Thank you mama Lala and Papa Rick for your love for us, may God bless you.

God spoke to me this week

God spoke to me this week i was studying from the book of Hebrews 13:5/6/7/8 it was wonderful verse i got. God said he will "Never leave you; "Never will forsake you.'' so let us speak with confidence, "The lord is our helper; I will not be afraid. What can a man do to me?"
I got my mind made up, and i will do the will of God. No turning back.

Thanks to God 3 girls abducted by LRA Reble were released.

I received a message from my from Sudan 3 days ago about the girls abducted by LRA rebel from Uganda. all those three girls were from the village called Diko they had to walk bare footed all along the way during their capture. On their way back they never had any thing to eat for several days until they arrived. One of the girl 13 years old, who had been sick at the time of abduction suffered the most. Therefore now she was admitted in Lui hospital she was very sick, please let us pray for them. I thing they were bitten and ripped and many other things. May God heal them.

This is miracle, because LRA rebel didn't release any body if you survived dead then you can join them and girls were abducted to be their wives in the Jangle. This is prayers of believers made them to release those girls. Praise the lord for that. One of moru late cannon Ezra Lawiri always when he got up to give a speech he would say, God is not defeated. Our God is awesome God.

Good news and bad. i was hate

Two weeks ago, i got a call from Sudan about me and my future wife, we had been friends over one year i love her so much and she loved me too she met my family on the on January 1-09 In Mundri my family welcome her highly home they were happy to met Elizabeth. Three weeks ago church groups from Juba they went and met Elizabeth's family and talk together with them asked Elizabeth's parent to marry me as moru culture. They said it's ok but they will have a meeting first then they will inform the group. Before the meeting problems raised.
1-Elizabeth's brother was mad on her and he want to fight Elizabeth, he don't want her to marry me i donot know why? 2-two of Elizabeth's Aunts said no she wasn't deserved me.

Comment from my sisters,borthers,friends , and mom Lala said Andrew if they do not like you stay away God knows may be she was not chosen for you,God works good for those he loved.
I fasted for 12 days about that and prayed with Bullen, i was hate badly but list night i heard the voice singing! On ward christian Solders matching. I can say thank you lord, i will do your will.
